1.
Precious Lord, take my hand Lead me on, let me stand I am tired, I am weak, I am worn Through the storm, through the night Lead me on to the light Take my hand precious Lord, lead me home When my way grows drear Precious Lord linger near When my light is almost gone Hear my cry, hear my call Hold my hand lest I fall Take my hand precious Lord, lead me home When the darkness appears And the night draws near And the day is past and gone At the river I stand Guide my feet, hold my hand Take my hand precious Lord, lead me home

Dry Bones 06:01
I'm in a valley of dry bones Ashes and dust are all I know April is the cruelest month, breeding Lilacs out of the dead land, mixing Memory and desire, stirring Dull roots with spring rain. What are the roots that clutch, what branches grow Out of this stony rubbish? Son of man, You cannot say, or guess, for you know only A heap of broken images, where the sun beats, And the dead tree gives no shelter, the cricket no relief, And the dry stone no sound of water. Only There is shadow under this red rock Here is no water but only rock Rock and no water and the sandy road The road winding above among the mountains Which are mountains of rock without water If there were water we should stop and drink Amongst the rock one cannot stop or think If there were rock And also water And water A spring A pool among the rock If there were the sound of water only Not the cicada And dry grass singing But sound of water over a rock In the faint moonlight, the grass is singing Over the tumbled graves, about the chapel There is the empty chapel, only the wind’s home. It has no windows, and the door swings, Dry bones can harm no one. Come resurrect me Breathe new life in me Come resurrect me, and call me from the grave I walk this valley of dry bones But beauty rises from ash and stone Life springs from death, and dry bones cannot harm me
3.
The Lord is my Shepherd. He goes before me. Defender behind me, I won't fear. I'm filled with anointing. My cup's overflowing. No weapon can harm me, I won't fear. Hallelujah, I am not alone! He's my Comfort, always holds me close. He always guides me through mountains and valleys. His joy is refreshing, restores my soul. Mercy and goodness give me assurance That I'll see His glory face to face. Your Spirit lives within me, So I will walk in Your peace. Your Spirit lives within me; My victory, My victory!
4.
I have a home, eternal home But for now I walk this broken world You walked it first, You know our pain But You show hope can rise again up from the grave Abide with me, abide with me Don't let me fall, and don't let go Walk with me and never leave Ever close, God abide with me There in the night, Gethsemane Before the cross, before the nails Overwhelmed, alone You prayed You met us in our suffering and bore our shame Oh love that will not ever let me go Love that will not ever let me go You never let me go Love that will not ever let me go And up ahead, eternity Weep no more, we'll sing for joy, abide with me
5.
Shelter 06:52
When waters rise, when darkness falls, O Lord, I will call upon Your name. When fears assail, You are my hiding place, O Lord, I will call upon Your name. Where faith is lost, there You are found. Where hearts are weak, there You are strong. When all around me comes crumbling down, My soul finds hope in You alone. Your name is strong and mighty, A refuge like no other, For You are God most holy, You hide me in Your shelter. My strength and my salvation, In You I won’t be shaken. Your name is like no other name. In grief and pain, You comfort still, O Lord, I will call upon Your name. When night surrounds me, Your light will guide my way, O Lord, I will call upon Your name. When all around is sinking sand, On Christ the solid rock I stand. My firm foundation, I rest in You secure. My soul finds hope in You alone.
6.
Solid Rock 03:30
My hope is built on nothing less Than Jesus Christ, my righteousness; I dare not trust the sweetest frame, But wholly lean on Jesus’ name. On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand; All other ground is sinking sand, All other ground is sinking sand. When darkness veils His lovely face, I rest on His unchanging grace; In every high and stormy gale, My anchor holds within the veil. His oath, His covenant, His blood, Support me in the whelming flood; When all around my soul gives way, He then is all my hope and stay. When He shall come with trumpet sound, Oh, may I then in Him be found; Dressed in His righteousness, alone, Faultless to stand before the throne.
7.
Flesh will fail and bones will break; Thieves will steal, the earth will shake. Night will fall, the light will fade; The Lord will give and take away. Because of His great love, we are not overcome! Put no trust in the earth, In the sod you stand up on. Flowers fade into dust; The Lord will make a place for us. Have no fear for your life; Turn your cheek! Turn your cheek! Bear the yoke of love and death; The Lord will give all life and breath.
8.
I need Thee every hour Most gracious Lord No tender voice like Thine Can peace afford I need Thee, O I need Thee Every hour I need Thee O bless me now, my Savior I come to Thee I need Thee every hour In joy or pain Come quickly and abide Or life is vain
9.
It may look like I'm surrounded but I'm surrounded by You. There's a table that You've prepared for me In the presence of my enemies. It's Your body and Your blood You've shed for me; This is how I fight my battles. In the valley I know that You're with me, And surely Your goodness and mercy follow me, So my weapons are praise and thanksgiving; This is how I fight my battles. And I believe You've overcome, And I will lift my song of praise for what You've done. This is how I fight my battles.
10.
Psalm 126 05:06
Our mouths they were filled, filled with laughter.
Our tongues they were loosed, loosed with joy.
Restore us, O Lord. Restore us, O Lord. Although we are weeping, Lord, help us keep sowing
The seeds of Your Kingdom For the day You will reap them.
Your sheaves we will carry. Lord, please do not tarry.
All those who sow weeping Will go out with songs of joy! The nations will say “He has done great things!”
The nations will sing songs of joy.
Restore us, O Lord. Restore us, O Lord!
11.
The Lord our God is with you, He is mighty to save. The Lord will take great delight in you, And quiet you with His love. He will rejoice over you, He will delight in you; The Lord is with you. Our God is with you.

about

During the spring of 2020, when the world kind of turned upside down, we decided to produce a "song of the week" in the hopes of giving a small artistic voice to the sadness and the weirdness and the uncertainty of the cultural moment. This compilation project represents the culmination of that effort.
"...we boast in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us."
